the seed phrase, private keys, app pin and local preferences (hidden balance, chosen fiat currency, language override) live in your phone's secure storage. deleting the app or using "wipe wallet" removes them from the device. keep your 12 words backed up on paper — we cannot recover them for you. see /support.
only to operate the service: authenticate you, show balances and activity, detect deposits and notify you, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. we do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
we use a small set of processors, strictly to run the product:

servers may be located outside your country; where required, transfers rely on the providers' standard safeguards.
in the app: settings → danger zone → delete account. this permanently deletes your account, registered addresses and activity records from our systems. your funds are not affected — they belong to whoever holds the 12 words, on-chain. residual copies in encrypted backups and security logs expire on rotation (up to 90 days).
account data is kept while your account exists. access logs are kept for 12 months and then deleted. records we must keep for legal, tax or anti-fraud reasons are retained only as long as the law requires.
depending on where you live (including under the LGPD in brazil and the GDPR), you can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing. write to hello@dolaramp.com — we answer.
dolaramp is not directed at children. you must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) to use it.
if this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the effective date above. continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
