Telegram alerts for your team and your customers

api
// shipped@dolaramp_bot sends deposits, sweeps, withdrawals and bridges to your team on telegram, and can tell your own customers when their payment lands.

alerts for your team

webhooks are for your system. this is for the people running it. in the panel, open the new alerts tab, press connect telegram, pick the language (english, portuguese or spanish) and a minimum amount. the panel shows a code valid for ten minutes and a link to @dolaramp_bot. open it in a private chat, or send /start CODE in a group where you added the bot.

from then on each deposit, sweep, withdrawal and bridge on your account shows up in that chat. on pro, a deposit first shows up as detected and the same message then turns into confirmed. failures always come through, whatever the minimum. up to five chats per account, free on every plan. /status shows what is on, /stop turns it off.

alerts for your customers

the same bot can talk to your customer. give a child address an external_ref and the api returns a telegram_url for it. show that link next to the address. your customer taps it, presses start, and is told when a deposit to that address is detected and confirmed. withdrawals and bridges that carry the same external_ref reach them too.

the message speaks for your business: your name, your support contacts, a line of your own and a button back to your app, set once in the panel with a live preview. no sweeps, no fees and no internal wording reach the customer. it follows the language of their telegram.

fixes and improvements

  • deposit webhooks now carry the child's external_ref; withdrawals and bridges accept one and echo it.
  • alert messages carry no dolaramp branding, so they can sit in front of your customers.
  • saving an ip allowlist that leaves out your own ip now shows the ip we see, a one-click add, and needs confirm: true (409 would_lock_out).
